My Amazing Trip To Sydney x New Zealand (pt 2)

Hiii so this is the part 2 which is the last part of my trip. imma continue here.. i'll make it as short as possible :)

Okay guys this is from my last post.
As you can see, this is the Skyline Queenstown Gondola.

The only thing i wanna say here is, eventhough it's sunny as it's almost summer there, its still cold for me. cold and getting my face burned at the same time. i really should wear my sunblock from the start to the end of this trip. lol

Okay this is our campsite. This is basically the last one before the highlight, which is Milford Sound. the place that we look forward the most during this trip and the purpose for this trip.

This is my second favourite campsite, Te Anau. When we arrived there, you can see there's the sun but actually its raining but not so heavily. and windy too so it became sooo cold. and this is the place we can see our breath, it means the weather is cold here. at night its getting to - celcius plus rains.

And as you can see, the lake above. actually its a prohibited place. but there's no one there so we just break the rules. btw its so freaking cold here and we're the only one playing at the lake lol and the waves are no joke ok. as a person who loves to watch dramas and movies, im afraid there's gonna sudden storms and what if we fell into the water no one will know us there :(( lol at my imagination

At first when we reached at the bridge, it's raining but not so heavy. but when we arrived at the end of the bridge, suddenly it started to rain cats and dogs and the waves are getting more harsh goddamn. so we came back to our campsite which is a lil bit far where we have to cross a big road and gettin wet the moment we reached to our caravan.

This is the road, we're not walking along this road, we just have to cross it.

So guys this is the highlight of our trip!

This is before we're going up to Milford Sound. we are fortunate bcs it was raining the night before so there's snow. actually there shouldnt be snow anymore during we came but it rained so there's snow. thank god :')

And its freaking fcking cold here that i have to put hot patch on my foot bcs i couldnt feel it anymore. that's how cold it was. and the other caravan user didnt come out of their caravan too much bcs it was cold. it's just us going here and there to take photos.

The tunnel of surprise. because we couldnt see anything inside but when we came out, we alrdy arrived at the top.

The thing inside this Milford Sound is, it's a lake. it's a lake on the mountain. and the lake merge with the sea, omg i dont know how to explain it. but when you're on the lake, the water is so calm but the moment the driver of the ferry took us to the sea a bit, the waves became so harsh. and so i hope u understand that lol

idk if you feel it or not, when you're there you can feel this mystery there. like some kind of feeling. how there is such thing on a mountain.

The funny thing is, this is the purpose for our trip to NZ but this is the shortest story lol *inserts laughing emoji*

Btw our trip doesn't end here,
the thing about our trip you have to understand is, its a loooonnnggg road, we stopped by as we saw a good place to take pictures and also due to our revision on google about NZ. but it's a long road. we just stopped place by place. Te Anau is the 2nd last place and there's the Milford Sound. after Milford sound, we made like a U turn to go back to Christchurch again. but along the way, there's some places to visit too. i hope i made this clear so you're not confused while reading this. ok lets move!

Okay so along this road trip, we met lots of llama and sheep, really lots of them that we're tired of taking photos of them lol. from far, they looks like cotton candy, shoooo cute. and the sheep here are so fat. they look thick and healthy. (idonthavesheepphotoshere)

We somehow reached to dunedin and went to botanical garden to chill and take a look at them flowers. my mum rlly loves this place. me? nahh. not a big fan of flowers fam

This is how the town looks like. so different than Sydney. this place is so peaceful and there's free wifi everywhere. (sydney also have wifi everywhere)

After that we went to Baldwin Street, the steepest street in the world. yes, world. if you dont trust me, google it :)

Its a good workout if you jogging here every morning lol

After that, we went to cadbury factory in dunedin. what can i say, there's chocolate there.

If you come to this place, you must try their hot chocolate. its a must! they're so fking tasty mannn i miss their hot chocolate. im craving for one now :(

After that we continue our trip to *drum rolls* ITS A TUNNEL BEACH!!!

Legends says that this beach was made from a father who has a daughter that really loves to play at the beach. so the father made this tunnel for her daughter to play. if that's a true story, what a sweet father you have gurl ;)

Okayyy soo this place will get you frustrated and almost give up. the reasons are......

  • You have to walk along this longggggg path to reach to the tunnel beach. the beach is down there, so after you're gettin tired as heck, you have to walk down the stairs to reach the beach but it worth the pain.
  • When you reach to the end of the pathway, there's a surprise for you.
  • You have to find the way to the tunnel. not gonna tell ya where it was
  • After you came back from the tunnel, you have to walk the same way you came from.
But after all, it's a great view there, you not gonna regret it. trust me :)

Next is, Moeraki Boulders, a beach too.

The Moeraki Boulders are a group of very large spherical "stones" on Koekohe Beach. These boulders are actually concretions that have been exposed through shoreline erosion from coastal cliffs that back the beach. You can learn more here

After that, we went to a place to take a look at small penguins and we went back to our campsite nearby, and the next day we went back to Sydney, cant believe we spent 1 week and a half here, missing you New Zealand :')

So up until here is New Zealand, the next one will be the part 3, the last one which is Sydney before we went back to our beloved country, Malaysia.

Gonna update soon.
(excuse my grammar, and sorry for some confusing words and lack of explanation. im so bad at explaining things like this but i would like to share them with you)
